Cancellation Policy
Please notify the The Rubb Massage Company 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the requested service. Late arrival time by guests and making the therapist wait will result in using only the time remaining in the scheduled session.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Gratuities are not included with any of our massage services. Gift certificates are available and can be redeemed by a third party.
Health Concerns
Please notify The Rubb if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, any physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, or any allergic reactions to lotions or oils.
Shower
For your benefit of relaxation and acceptance of oils/lotions, we recommend a warm shower prior to your massage appointment.
Comfort Level
You will be draped during your massage. Our massages are best enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred.
Age Requirements
We provide massage services to children under the age of 18 in the presence of an adult over the age of 18.
